Frequent questions

How long does it take for my order to be fulfilled?

As a relatively small company, we do our best to ensure timely and precise order fulfillment. You can pick up your honey order at our warehouse (located just outside of Moscow), where we package to order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. We usually have orders ready pretty quick, but it might take us up to 7 days.

Do you offer shipping?

We do not currently offer shipping. If you know someone in the local area, you can buy our honey from our website, have a friend pick it up, and then mail it to you. We hope to offer shipping in the near future.

What do I do if the honey crystalizes?

People often wonder if the honey has gone bad when it crystalizes, but you can rest assured that raw honey is one of the only natural food products that will never spoil! It is truly amazing. According to recent archaeological findings, the oldest honey found in the world dated back around 5,500 years ago.

You can still eat crystalized honey without any negative side affects. Most raw honey will crystalize over time, and here is what we recommend doing: Fill a pan of water with hot water (not boiling). Immerse your jar of honey up a couple inches from the top (not over it!). Watch as it slowly re-liquefies. It might take some time, and a couple hot water bath treatments, but your honey should return to the more liquid state. Never put your honey in the microwave, as it will potentially destroy the important enzymes and other beneficial properties of raw honey. If you do not go through honey very fast, we recommend buying smaller quantities, or try our Creamed Honey.
